As an RN at WSH, I highly recommend that you obtain RN Malpractice insurance.  Even when cleared by a WSH investigation, often the case was reported to the Department of Health and they may conduct their own independent investigation, often resulting in the RN having to pay for attorney fees.  RN Malpractice Insurance will cover this expense.  Below are several options that are available to you.  Most cost less than $100 per year.
